At FermaGlo Inc., we proudly stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 45-day money-back guarantee.
1. Returns for Clients
Timeframe:
You may return your product(s) within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (used or unused).
- Only purchases made directly through www.fermaglo.com are eligible.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and processed.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
2. Business Partner Kit Returns
Enrollment kits may be eligible for a refund within 45 days of purchase, provided the contents are unopened and in resalable condition. Please refer to the Business Partner Agreement for more detailed terms.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products returned after 45 days
- Products not purchased through our official website
- Items marked as final sale
- Partially used items outside of the 45-day window
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
